I earned my undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, specializing in biomechanics, injury prevention, and pain management.
With decades of experience, I take a science-backed approach to fitness, focusing on proprioception, balance, stability, and strength training—all designed to boost metabolism, prevent falls, and enhance overall well-being. As a lifelong advocate for aging strong, I understand the unique challenges of midlife and provide smart, sustainable coaching that fits real life.
