Depending on the class you need, resistance bands, some lite, medium and heavy weights (relative to your current fitness), a bench or chair.

You can take as many classes as you want but I recommend three strength training classes (Get Started or Get Strong) and active recovery classes in between. This is for best results and should be a goal rather than a starting point.

You can cancel your membership at any time but your All Access membership would need to be canceled prior to your billing date.
