I'm Julie

I’m a chiropractor, fitness expert, and wellness coach committed to helping women 50+ build strength, prevent injury, and move with confidence. 

I earned my undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, specializing in biomechanics, injury prevention, and pain management.

With decades of experience, I take a science-backed approach to fitness, focusing on proprioception, balance, stability, and strength training. The JAG Method is designed to boost metabolism, prevent falls, and enhance overall well-being. As a lifelong advocate for aging strong, I understand the unique challenges of midlife and provide smart, sustainable coaching that fits real life.

Through The JAG Method, I’ve developed virtual training, live and on-demand workouts, and a supportive community where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive at every stage of life.
