Why I'm Passionate About Serving Women Like You

As a chiropractor, I treated women's struggles after they happened. I came to one very profound conclusion...we have to get ahead of these problems. 
I knew that women participating in fitness were having less body pain as they aged compared to the alternative. I studied fitness and found that there wasn't programming that was specifically tailored to women over 50. Naturally, I created it. And now you've found it.

The JAG Method

I cannot tell you how great it feels to take control of your aging. Your body changes with menopause, and no matter how much I read about it, I didn't understand until I experienced the effects. 

The JAG Method is built for women over 50 by me (a woman over 50). Approximately 50% of postmenopausal females over 65 have osteoporosis, and those number only get worse as we age. 

Often times the first signs of osteoporosis is back pain, which might be a spinal compression fracture. These are the symptoms a chiropractor sees after the fact. But did you know there is a way to stave off osteoporosis?

It's called resistance training. That's right ladies! Lift some weights and you reduce your risk for osteoporosis related injuries as you age. And as an added benefit weight lifting boosts metabolism, improves balance, and reduces our risk for cardiovascular disease.
