I created this concept for selfish reasons. As I've gotten older, the value I place on female friendship and authentic connection has become a priority. I started this program because I want to be that woman who you know will have your back. I want to be the person you see three times a week, who will cheer you on, challenge you to push yourself and lovingly hold space for your transformation.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter workouts or fad diets. They don’t work. Women feel lost between physical therapy and intense gym workouts. The JAG Method bridges that gap.

We start with the foundation: your feet, toes, and balance. By rebuilding stability and reconnecting the brain-body link, you’ll move more confidently, avoid injury, and progress to real, lasting strength.
So many of us start an exercise program, do too much too fast, get injured and quit. Starting again is mentally demoralizing because now we’re really out of shape and have to start from scratch.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve been helping women feel better, move better, and regain their confidence. Along the way, I’ve seen how menopause and shifting hormones bring challenges that can feel overwhelming—persistent pain, brain fog, restless nights, stubborn weight gain, and a body that no longer moves the way it used to. Balance feels off, strength fades, and it’s as if our brain and body aren’t communicating like they once did.
No wonder we feel frustrated! It’s not just the hormones—it’s the daily struggle of trying to feel like ourselves again.
I know that starting can feel like the biggest hurdle. But it’s also the simplest way to set real progress in motion. That’s why The JAG Method includes three phases:

Get Strong – Lift heavier, build strength and feel held together in your body.
